While we are based in San Jose, we provide service across the Bay Area, and the surrounding region. Please note that any location further than selected areas may include a fuel charge.
We prefer the customer to be present during delivery. However, we can accommodate you not being there with good instructions of the location you want the dumpster to be placed.
Prohibited items include hazardous materials, oil, fuel, solvents, oil based paints and lacers, asbestos, pesticides, explosives, and chemicals. Upon scheduling you will receive an email copy of our contract with a more detailed list of prohibited items and protocols for specialized item removal such as appliances, mattresses, dirt and concrete.
We will provide an electronic invoice through QuickBooks, which allows you to pay easily online with debit/credit card, ACH, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Venmo.
