Rental periods begin on the date the dumpster is delivered. Short-term and long-term rental durations will be agreed upon at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply if the dumpster is retained beyond the agreed rental period. Customers must notify us in advance if an extension is required.
Customers agree to provide safe and accessible placement locations for dumpsters, ensure that dumpsters are not overloaded beyond capacity, use dumpsters only for approved waste materials, and comply with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding waste disposal. The customer is responsible for any damages caused to the dumpster due to misuse or negligence.
The following materials may not be placed in the dumpster unless specifically approved: hazardous waste, chemicals, solvents, paints, oils, batteries, asbestos-containing materials, tires, propane tanks, flammable or explosive materials, and medical or biohazard waste. Additional fees may apply for prohibited materials, and removal may be refused if such items are present.
We strive to provide timely delivery and pickup services. Delivery and pickup dates are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, equipment availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers must ensure the dumpster is accessible at the scheduled pickup time. Obstructed access may result in additional service charges.
Pricing is based on the selected service, rental duration, and disposal requirements. Additional fees may apply for overweight loads, prohibited materials, extended rental periods, or failed delivery or pickup attempts. All payments must be made according to the agreed terms before or during service unless otherwise arranged.
While reasonable care is taken during delivery and pickup, customers acknowledge that dumpster placement may cause surface damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, or other property surfaces. By selecting a placement location, the customer accepts responsibility for any resulting surface damage. We are not responsible for damages arising from customer-approved placement locations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vierra Hauling LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service provided.
Users agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorized access to website systems, distribute harmful software or malicious code, or interfere with the operation and security of the website. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these terms.
